How Private Training Works

Initial Consultation

Schedule an initial 60-minute session (online via Zoom, or in-person) to assess the issues, understand your goals, outline options for moving forward, and get you started with some management strategies.

Investment $100

Work Together

After our initial consultation, we’ll provide a summary of our session and recommendations for next steps. If additional sessions are needed, we’ll get you on the calendar for in-person or online sessions.

We’ll be your partner in resolving your dog’s issues. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll feel supported at every step of your journey with your dog.

We recommend private training when:

You don’t have time to attend a group class

Your dog barks and lunges at other dogs when on leash

Your dog is fearful or anxious and would be stressed in a group setting

You’d like the whole family involved or just prefer to have dedicated one-on-one time with a trainer

We can help with:

Good manners

(leash manners, come when called, polite greetings)

Puppy issues

(housetraining, biting, chewing and more)

Crate training
Leash reactivity
Resource guarding

(grooming and vet visits)

Note: If your dog is behaving aggessively to people, or to dogs when off-leash, let us refer you to a qualified behavior expert who can help using tested, sound, humane methods.
